  • We deliver anywhere within a 4-hour drive from our location in Butler, PA. This includes areas as far as Ohio and up toward Erie. No matter where your event is within this range, we’re happy to bring the party to you!

    Our delivery fee is $4.25 per mile, plus a $35 gas charge to cover transportation costs. We’ll calculate this for you when we prepare your custom quote, so there are no surprises.

  • Choosing the right tent size is crucial to ensuring your event is comfortable and memorable. The size you need depends on several factors, including the number of guests, the type of seating or tables, and any additional features like a dance floor or buffet area.

    Here’s a quick guideline to get you started:

    • Small gatherings (20-30 guests): 20x20 tent

    • Medium events (40-80 guests): 20x40 tent

    • Larger events (100-200+ guests): 40×40 tent or larger
